CUSTOM SYSTEMS FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES - YOU OWN WHAT WE BUILD
REBUILT BUSINESS - CUSTOM SYSTEMS - DIAGNOSTIC FIRST

STOP RENTING THE SYSTEMS THAT RUN YOUR BUSINESS.

Off-the-shelf software is built for everyone, so it fits no one. We rebuild how your business runs with custom systems built around your team, and you own them.

The work around the work

THE SOFTWARE ISN'T BROKEN. IT WAS JUST NEVER BUILT FOR YOU.

Every business we look at has the same pattern: good people working around tools that almost fit. These are the roadblocks we fix.

01

Follow-up depends on memory.

An inquiry or quote goes quiet, and I'm the one trying to remember who should follow up and when.

02

The same details get copied again.

Our tools don't talk to each other. My team copies details between messages, spreadsheets, and apps just to keep the work moving.

03

Everything comes back to you.

Schedules, approvals, and invoices wait while I chase an update or connect another handoff.

Best fit: Established teams with recurring workflows and an owner ready to involve the people doing the work. Not a fit: an undefined, business-wide rebuild without time for interviews, testing, or team involvement.

A NOTE FROM OUR TEAM

Why we build systems you own.

We believe the systems that run your business should belong to your business.

We build around the way your team works, connecting the tools that fit and creating what is missing. We want your team to understand the system, use it, and keep it running with clear SOPs and documentation.

That is why ownership and handover are part of the work from the start. We are here to help you build something you can keep.

Off-the-shelf software is built for everyone, so it fits no one exactly. We rebuild how your business runs with custom systems and integrations built around your team, and you own them. It starts with a written diagnostic that shows what to fix first.

OWN YOUR SYSTEMS

Renting software is a monthly bill. Owning your systems is part of the business.

Most businesses rent their operations one subscription at a time. Each tool works on its own, none of them quite fit, and the gaps turn into roadblocks your team works around every day. We build the systems and integrations that close those gaps, around the way your team actually works, and hand them over to you. Systems you own stay with the business: they are part of how it runs, how it grows, and what a buyer would one day look at. We don't promise a number. We build the part of the business that numbers get attached to.

01

The tools stop fighting each other.

Integrations connect the software you already use, so details stop getting copied by hand.

02

The systems fit the way you work.

Built around your team's real workflow, not a template made for everyone.

03

You own what we build.

Client-controlled accounts, documented handover, no dependence on us to keep running.

Business Systems Diagnostic

Know what to fix
before you buy another tool.

SCOPE AGREED BEFORE KICKOFF

A defined review of one important workflow. We map how work actually moves, where it stalls, and where the business leaks time and money. You receive a written roadmap that turns the findings into practical next steps.

See if we're a fit

The proposal confirms interviews, access, deliverables, timeline and responsibilities. No implementation commitment is required to receive the diagnostic deliverables.

  • Owner and relevant team interviews
  • Current workflow map and tool audit
  • Baseline measures and bottleneck findings
  • Ranked improvement opportunities
  • Written roadmap with dependencies and priorities
  • A scoped implementation recommendation

What comes next: implementation

We fix the roadblocks the diagnostic finds: connecting the tools you already have, rebuilding the handoffs that leak work, and building the custom systems that don't exist yet. Tested with the team, trained, documented, and handed over to you.

Beyond the build: SOPs your team actually follows, KPIs that show where the business leaks time and money, and clear flows for how work moves from first inquiry to paid invoice.

Optional ongoing support

Review adoption and performance, maintain the systems you now own, and prioritize further improvements within a defined support scope.

Full onboarding. Direct collaboration. At kickoff, agree your project lead and point of contact. Work together to define what you want, review demonstrations, and provide feedback. Requirements and approval criteria guide the build, training, and handover.

Use client-controlled accounts where practical, limit access to what the work requires, and agree ownership, permissions, documentation, and handover in the engagement scope.

WHAT A REBUILD COVERS

The parts of the business we rebuild.

Quoting and follow-up

every open quote has an owner and a next step.

Scheduling and handoffs

the day's work moves without you in the middle.

SOPs

the way the business runs, written down and actually used.

KPIs and reporting

the numbers that show leaks while they are still small.

Lead and customer flow

from first inquiry to paid invoice, one connected path.

Custom integrations and builds

the connections and systems off-the-shelf software never gave you.

Every build is scoped and priced in writing before work begins. Nothing here is a promise of results; it is the list of places we work.

A focused first engagement

Understand the problem.
Agree the next step.

You see the proposed scope before work starts. Implementation is a separate decision, informed by the diagnostic.

01 / DEFINE

Choose the starting workflow.

Identify the recurring problem, involve the right people, and agree the diagnostic scope and timing.

02 / DIAGNOSE

Follow the work.

Interview the owner and team, review the tools, and map where information, decisions, or tasks stall.

03 / DECIDE

Keep the roadmap. Pick a fix.

Review ranked improvements and a scoped recommendation. Choose whether to implement with us or use the roadmap independently.

Before we begin

Clear scope.
Clear answers.

How long does it take?

The diagnostic timeline is confirmed in the proposal based on interviews, access, and scope. Implementation has its own schedule; dates are agreed before committing.

What do I get if I only buy the diagnostic?

Your agreed workflow map, tool audit, bottleneck findings, ranked improvements, written roadmap, and next-step recommendation. Implementation is a separate choice.

Do we have to buy new software?

We review your current tools first. Better configuration, clearer ownership, or a connection between tools may be enough. Replacement or custom development is proposed where it has a practical advantage.

Can you work with your existing sales, scheduling, job-management, and accounting tools?

We review the relevant tools, available access, integration options, and limitations during the diagnostic. Specific connections are confirmed before they are included in an implementation scope.

How do you help the team adopt it?

The people doing the work contribute to the requirements and testing. Implementation includes the agreed training, operating guidance, and handover so the team can use the workflow.

Who owns the systems and accounts?

You do. We agree account control, custom-work ownership, licensing, and handover in the written scope before anything starts. We use client-controlled accounts where practical, so the systems we build are part of your business, not a rental from us. Third-party subscriptions remain subject to their provider terms and are identified separately.

What happens if we need a change or support?

Implementation acceptance criteria and any defect-support period are agreed before work starts. Additional requirements use a documented change request. Ongoing support has its own capacity, responsibilities and scope.

What should I avoid putting in my inquiry?

We begin with a defined workflow. Tool access and implementation options are confirmed during scoping. Do not include passwords or confidential customer, patient, or client information. Describe the process instead.

Renting gets you tools. Owning gets you a business that runs.

We point you to the right next step.

Two minutes, five questions. Your answers tell us whether the right first step is the Rebuilt Diagnostic, the Full Revamp, or neither. Either way you hear from a person, not an automation, and nothing here commits you to anything.
